Collaboration that Changes Young Lives in Gdynia
From the very beginning of BE ABLE TO HELP Foundation’s work, we have believed that real change begins with collaboration. That’s why we are deeply grateful to share the recommendation we received from the Specialist Institutions Team in Gdynia – an organization with whom we have been carrying out projects for years to support children, teenagers, and young adults.
Our joint efforts have included both creating safe spaces and launching development initiatives that empower young people in their everyday challenges. Thanks to this partnership, we have been able to:
-
Launch and grow coucub.pl – a helpline and trust chat where young people can find support, conversation, and a sense of safety.
-
Create coucub Gdynia at ul. Abrahama 80 – a welcoming space for anyone in need of a place to meet, rest, or connect with others.
-
Engage with facilities such as SPOT Starter, SPOT Login, and Ognisko, supporting kayaking trips, integration projects, and initiatives that open young people to new experiences.
As part of our mission to foster youth development, we initiated the #LiveHackAcademy program, aimed at helping young people gain both hard professional skills and soft skills – such as stress management, teamwork, and building their own development paths.
What matters to us especially is that the Specialist Institutions Team highlighted not only the results of these projects but also the way we work together – our openness, readiness to take action, and attentive listening to the needs of both young people and professionals.
“We wholeheartedly recommend Be Able to Help Foundation as a social partner whose work has a meaningful and lasting impact on the local community,”
— reads the recommendation.
Words like these are a tremendous honor for us and a confirmation that working together truly makes a difference. We thank ZPS in Gdynia for their trust and long-term partnership. Together, we can achieve even more – and together, we can change the future of young people for the better.
